This article infuriated me. I only hope that the accusations aren't as true as they seem superficially. I'm biased on the debate of who is more effective in relief efforts: small NGO's or large relief organizations. This article fires up such argument. We all need to hold people and organizations accountable so that we--as donors, as voters, as citizens--are represented well.
